Downtown Guest House & Banquet is a one stop destination venue for any types of your social & corporate events within a moderate price. It is located at Bakultala,near Kasba, Bosepukur. It has two banquet halls, one is at 1st floor & the other is at the 5th Floor. It can be booked for Two sessions generally (12-4pm) & (6-10 pm), and one can book for both the halls simultaneously also. Booking Notes:

A customer needs to pay 5000 INR at the time of booking for any order value, rest of the amount needs to be paid through cash, Internet, Credit/ Debit card before 5 days of the event, in case of cheque payment it has to be made before 10 days.

Cancellation Rule:

For reschedule the date is adjustable within 30- 45 working days from the previous date. (Based on the availability) In case of final cancellation within 10 days or less than a month the advance amount isn't refundable.

Banquet booking cost is absolutely free for minimum 50 heads & above guest list. In case of less than 50 guests a separate banquet space charge is applicable. But generally food pricing is counted against per heads of guest. Downtown is quite popular for its well prepared delicious dishes.
